The full day program will focus on four categories within food innovation; Production, Packaging/Transportation, Consumption and Waste. The morning program will feature panels, startup pitches and individual presentations; and the afternoon program's various breakout sessions, offers participants the opportunity to engage in more in depth and interactive discussions within these four categories.
